Food is phenomenal, the people there were really kind, even while theyre busy they make sure to get your order and prepare it at a timely pace. Super respectful. Definitely worth it if you like flavorful food, the GM went above and beyond to accommodate while having technical difficulties.
Always happy to stop by here. Staff is super nice. Music is sometimes a little loud but minus that Id visit everyday if I could! Food is always great. They occasionally run out of queso, but the burritos are still great regardless!
Ive never had a bad burrito from Pancheros. Theyve been out of ingredients, maybe not the most organized, and occasionally a little messy. With that being said they are mostly kind and make a darn good burrito which is why I stopped.
Amazing customer service everyone is so friendly. The manager is so kind. I have had a 10 out of 10 experience every single time I enter this restaurant!
Easily some of the best customer service Ive seen. Amazing greeting, big smiles, and I always end up smiling at some point during the process of getting my food. The manager guy is awesome and his energy is contagious and rubs off on the rest of the staff!

The goat on Pancheros in my opinion. Frequent flyer at this location and every time the food is good, staff is friendly, and the vibe is wonderful. Boss man has an upbeat helpful attitude that spreads to the rest of the staff and it is very apparent. Great place to eat in Ames !!
This place is awesome! I cant understand how they dont have five stars. There are so many shameless Karens out there It actually makes me angry. Ive been coming here for years, and have received nothing less than excellent food and excellent service. I was born in the city and I dont review places unless I really like them.
